Beautiful Alleppey Tours’ terms, policy, rules & regulations are to be read properly & followed strictly. Ignorance of the
same cannot be considered as a valid reason. The customers, agents, readers, visitors, travelers must be fully aware of the extant rules.
A travel agent is supposed to offer impartial travel advice to the customer, as well as coordinating travel details and assisting the customer in booking travel.
If the traveler/guest/customer hold a passport outside India or a person who is not an Indian citizen must provide the copy of the passport and visa at the time of arrival or check-in time.
The refund process will take up to 7 to 14 business days. We are not responsible for any delay from the banker’s side.
The refund for the customer who did the payment through NEFT/Direct Bank deposit must provide the His/Her account number, bank name, branch, IFSC. The bank account must in the name of the person who did the booking.
