For Deluxe bookings, A/C is available in bedrooms from 09:00 PM to 06:00 AM. Premium and Luxury bookings have full-time A/C.

Check-in is at 11:30 AM with boat departure at 12:00 Noon. Check-out for overnight cruises is 09:00 AM.

Houseboat vs. Hotels Unlike resorts, houseboats have limited resources. Please appreciate the unique nature of a floating stay.

A/C Timing Policy Deluxe: Bedroom A/C 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM.
Premium/Luxury: 24-hour A/C availability.
Water & Power Conservation Please save water and switch off lights/fans when leaving the cabin to protect the ecosystem.
Waste Disposal Strictly no plastics, sanitary napkins, or insoluble items in the toilets.
Food & Dining Traditional Kerala cuisine is served via a fixed menu. Kitchen services close at 10:00 PM.
Safety & Swimming Swimming in the lake is strictly prohibited for your safety.
Evening Anchoring Boats anchor between 5:00 PM – 5:30 PM. Night cruising is not permitted by law.
Backwater Privacy Please retire to bedrooms by 10:30 PM to respect the privacy of local residents.
Environmental Factors Insects are natural to the backwaters at night. We recommend keeping cabin doors closed.
Route & Safety The Captain may alter the route due to weather or traffic to ensure passenger safety.
